Psychiatrist
Asma Rashid, MD
Dr. Rashid is a Harvard-trained, board-certified, child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist.
After graduating from King Edward Medical University, she joined the Harvard School of Public Health to get her master’s in public health. She did her adult psychiatry training at the University of Connecticut and child & adolescent fellowship with Harvard University at Boston Children’s Hospital.

She later joined the faculty at Boston University/Boston Medical Center as a clinical assistant professor, providing clinical care to diverse patient populations and also supporting clinical teaching and training of medical students and psychiatry residents. She later joined advanced psychoanalytic therapy training from Boston Psychoanalytic Society and utilizes psychoanalytical therapeutic approaches in her clinical framework.
Her areas of specialties are psychoanalysis, psychodynamic psychotherapy, child, adolescent, and adult diagnostic and medication evaluations for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Board Certified Nurse Practioner
Alene Dasher, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Alene Dasher is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience in mental health. She specializes in compassionate, evidence-based care, focusing on the diagnosis and medication management of mental health conditions.
Alene is dedicated to helping individuals achieve mental wellness through accurate diagnoses and tailored treatment plans. She has extensive experience in private practice, outpatient clinics, acute inpatient units, dual diagnosis treatment centers, geriatric inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and working with adolescents. Her broad expertise allows her to provide comprehensive care to a wide range of populations, from teenagers navigating developmental challenges to older adults facing age-related mental health concerns.
Alene earned her Post-Master in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is currently working toward her Doctorate of Clinical Practice at Valdosta State University.

Outside of work, Alene enjoys walking, watching her grandchildren play sports, and spending time with her family. She is a member of the Regional Advisory Council for Opioid Abatement in Georgia and volunteers with various local charities and events. Guided by a commitment to community and wellness, Alene empowers her patients to lead healthier, more balanced lives.

Camille Brown, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Camille is experienced in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Her integrative approach allows her to care for the whole person—mind and body—while building trusted, therapeutic relationships rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. Known for her approachable and supportive style, she creates a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered. She is especially passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care and reducing stigma in underserved communities.

She is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care that addresses both physical and mental health. With advanced training and dual certification, she offers a holistic, person-centered approach to care for individuals and families.

​She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Mercer University and completed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Georgia State University. Her clinical background spans primary care and behavioral health settings, where she developed a deep understanding of the complex interplay between physical and emotional well-being.

Rosie Horner, APRN, PMHNP-BC
RoseMarie Horner (Rosey) is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, with 23+ years in healthcare. She completed her Bachelor’s of nursing at Piedmont College, Demorest, GA after which she worked inpatient in pediatrics and intensive care. Building on her extensive experience in family medicine, Rosey expanded her focus to include mental health care, driven by a strong commitment to addressing the complex challenges her patients face. She obtained additional certification in psychiatric mental health, integrating this specialized knowledge to provide comprehensive care that treats both physical and mental well-being.
Rosey commits herself to providing a holistic approach to healthcare, recognizing that health encompasses both the body and the mind. She provides mental health evaluation and diagnosis as well as treatment plans for children (6 yrs+), adolescence, and adults. She addresses multiple issues encompassing disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and behavioral issues while providing compassionate care tailored to each person’s needs.

Ana Patel, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Ana Patel, PMHNP-BC, MSN, is dedicated to helping patients across Georgia achieve emotional balance and improve their quality of life through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care. She works with children, teens, and adults, offering both individual therapy and medication management to support a wide range of mental health needs. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or seeking support for ongoing concerns, Ana creates a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and empowers you throughout the healing process.
Ana is passionate about working with individuals managing ADHD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. With a compassionate, clinically informed approach, she helps patients better understand their symptoms and develop practical strategies for managing everyday challenges. Her work with children and adolescents is especially focused on supporting emotional development, behavioral concerns, and academic functioning. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into treatment to build resilience and support long-term mental wellness.
In addition to her core specialties, Ana has extensive experience supporting individuals with PTSD and trauma, psychosis and schizophrenia, and sleep disorders. She also works closely with those in specialized populations, including individuals with autism spectrum disorders, first responders, and military veterans. Her inclusive and culturally aware approach allows her to serve diverse communities with respect and understanding. Ana is fluent in Hindi and Gujarati, allowing her to connect more deeply with multilingual patients and families. Outside of her clinical work, Ana enjoys traveling, reading, and outdoor sports.

Sachin has a 20+ year proven track record of driving business transformations. He has been a strategic partner to C-level technology executives, has deep expertise in management & operational strategy consulting and driving revenue growth management.

In 2021, he co-founded Dental One Management that manages multiple practices with revenues totaling $12MM in the NY metro area. Prior to that, he was a Director, IT at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta.
He is a thought leader with an innovation mindset, focused on digital, mobile, cloud and agile development of front-office & back-office customer solutions.

Shamaila Rashid is the Administrative Manager at Mindwaves Mental Health, where she oversees daily operations to ensure seamless patient experiences and efficient office management. With a strong background in healthcare administration, Shamaila plays a key role in supporting the team and enhancing the clinic’s overall workflow.
